If not, i will just not upgrade, this will just be unacceptable for a VI sampler in 2011 IMHO. I don't care about the soundbanks, i just need stable 5.1 and 7.1 instances to layout homemades sounds (footsteps, gunshots, pads, drones, etc.) to picture works.
I'm not using DP anymore, but Pro Tools 9, Nuendo 5, and Pyramix 7 (OS X and Windows, i need both environments, and full compatibility between PT and Nuendo). I already "lost" 200 euros from v1 to v2, so i don't want to make the mistake again ! So i'm wondering if things are better now, and if i should upgrade to v3. I tried to sold it years ago (support concerning MachFive 2 bugs i encountered with Pro Tools was just inexistent, and i tried several times to report issues in the MOTU support area !), but no one jumped in.
I've put MachFive 2 on hold for a long time now, due to several problems i got with latest Pro Tools releases (RTAS), ie.
